Refund Policy

At RAVION, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be approved ONLY in the following cases:
- Wrong or damaged product received  
- Product not functioning as described  
- Missing items in the package  

Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind  
- Incorrect address provided by customer  
- Products damaged due to misuse
